How to change or update a licensed IP address Print

If you migrate servers or your provider assigns a new IP, you may need to update the licensed IP on your SharedLicense service.

Steps

1. Log in to the client area.
2. Open Services → My Services and select the license.
3. Note the current IP shown on the service.
4. Open a support ticket (or WhatsApp, if offered) with:
   • Service / license name
   • Old IP
   • New IP
   • Reason for change (migration, reinstall, etc.)

IP changes are processed as quickly as possible during business hours. Excessive or abusive IP flipping may be restricted to protect the licensing platform.

Before you migrate: Install and test the panel on the new server only after the IP update is confirmed, to avoid license errors on the old IP.
