Most SharedLicense products are IP-based shared licenses. After you order, you provide the public IP of the server where the software will run. Our system then issues or attaches a license for that IP.
Typical flow
- Order the license and enter a valid IPv4 address when asked.
- Complete payment.
- Wait for the service to show as Active in the client area.
- Install or configure the vendor software on that server (cPanel, CloudLinux, etc.).
- The license validates against the IP you registered.
Important rules
- Use a stable public IP — NAT-only or frequently changing IPs can break validation.
- One active license is tied to the IP on the service unless you request a change.
- Do not share license credentials outside your team.
If activation fails, confirm the IP is correct and reachable, then contact support with the service ID and IP.
