Location-based plans ask you to pick Country, then City, then Server during order configuration. Choose the location closest to the service or audience you need, or the jurisdiction that fits your use case.
Can I change location later?
Location changes depend on the product and provider inventory. Open a support ticket with your service ID and the new country/city you need. If a free change is not available, we will tell you the options before making changes.
Global plans
Global VPN is designed so you do not need to pick a city at order time. Use the config issued in the client area after payment.
